what gives you the idea that your isp would "cut" your wifi?

Cagliostro Your isp would inspect the traffic you are tx/Rx and see you are downloading from unreputable sources or they could potentially see you are downloading pirated material, reducing your WiFi speed or cutting it off entirely. Which is why I say use a VPN (virtual private network) so your isp can only see filtered traffic and not what's actually happening.

your isp does not care what you download.. or stream.. or from where.. they only care if they get notified that one of their users is SHARING content that is infringing on someone elses copyright

you can download and stream all your want, no one is going to care, its when you start to reshare that its maybe a problem and you'll get a warning first.
